Terms and Conditions

Return and Refund Policy

This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.


A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

  • Terms of return - is dependent on the item, see item details for return and exchange eligibility.  Cancelations are not accepted.  Please contact us with any problems with your order.  
  • Custom Orders/Returns: Custom orders/custom items cannot be returned.  Please let us know if there is a problem with your order when you receive it. We will do our very best to remedy the situation and ensure your happiness with your order.  Please keep in mind that most orders are done to specifications set by you, the customer, and cannot be resold or re-inventoried for sale, which is why we do not do exchanges or refunds for specialty or custom orders.  Check your instructions before ordering custom designs and ensure you have no questions on what you are ordering, if you do have questions, please contact us for any clarification.  
  • State of return: Any items accepted for return must be in an unused or the same state as was sold, we do not accept liability for orders damaged in shipping, please contact the shipping company for any items damaged in shipping.  
  • Reason for return: We usually do not accept returns, so please ensure that any questions about the item you are ordering are fully answered.  We are here and available to answer any questions about any item listed for sale.  Alot of our items are antiques, vintage, and second-hand or used, please undertand this usually means there will be normal wear and tear, and small imperfections.
